actively manage risk at third-party operated sites.\nOwn co-location sites facility operation within a campus, with full accountability for this area tactically and strategically.\nOversee technical and team leads through the successful completion of required maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks to maintain equipment to our global standard.\nSupport site selection process through operational and technical knowledge.\nEngage stakeholders to ensure they are informed about current work and discuss strategic decisions.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nAssociate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n10 years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, or controls experience in an industrial/commercial environment.\nAbility to lift and move 50 lbs of equipment, and work on platforms, ladders, and under raised floors.\nAbility to work non-standard hours and differing work rotations/shifts.\nPreferred qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Reliability Engineering or equivalent technical/trade experience.\nExperience with reliability centered maintenance and engineering.\nAbility to forecast resource requirements in a data-driven
