Google.\nResponsibilities\nEnable execution across multiple teams and drive delivery across the complete portfolio of Data Cloud products and solutions.\nEngage with engineering directors, product leaders and other TPM groups, to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), release on time, leverage AI tooling for efficiencies and help the teams you are engaged with in execution.\nMentor junior team members, act as a role model and advocate for the Technical Program Manager (TPM) role.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or data platform architecture.\nExperience managing cross-functional cloud, data, or infrastructure programs from conception to launch.\nExperience defining program controls, release governance, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across cross-functional teams.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience integrating GenAI/LLM capabilities into data products or leveraging AI tooling to automate program workflows.\nExperience partnering with executive Engineering Directors and VP/Product leaders to shape multi-quarter roadmaps and technical strategy.\n\nUnderstanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, data governance, and enterprise security/compliance at scale.\nDeep technical familiarity with Databases, Data Analytics/Warehousing (BigQuery), Business Intelligence (BI), Storage, or Data Streaming/Orchestration.\nTrack record of mentoring junior TPMs and establishing TPM community
