We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Netherlands: €130000 - €133000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nManage a large, site-wide data center construction and delivery organization, managing scopes related to construction projects and/or capital improvement projects.\nBe responsible for ensuring the development of detailed designs, managing construction (delivery, cost, quality and EHS), commissioning, close-out and hand-off to the operations team. Ensure all customer requirements are being met.\nEstablish and maintain various delivery models and global relationships with multiple vendors.\nCreate a growth plan and be involved in hiring/recruiting of talent in the areas of project management, field engineering, document control, technical writing, etc.\nResearch and implement construction means and methods of data center equipment and facilities.
