Your objective will be to organize the overall team, establish clear roles and responsibilities, and global management of capacity deliverables, plan of records and schedules across the global network delivery organization to meet Google’s needs.\nThis role requires the individual to successfully bring together all the elements necessary to put a project plan together, manage objectives, and influence without authority, all while maintaining schedule velocity. Both project and technical leadership is woven into every facet of this role.\nSuccessful individuals in this role have technical backgrounds with an engineering mindset, while being expert communicators and leaders. They are comfortable with ambiguity, yet strive to increase maturity in process and technology. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $138000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nManage global capacity deliverables, plan of records, and schedules for data center turnups, ensuring GSO, GGI, and PIE deliverables are managed to overall schedules.\nUnderstand partner dependencies, constraints, and forecasting mechanisms;
