(SME) technical guidance, and serve as a regional liaison for program management team.\nPartner with internal and external teams, help develop and socialize processes and procedures to enable the team to operate efficiently with consistent results.\nBe responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer's needs.\nResolve highly critical issues within matrix organization while maintaining rigorous adherence to project timelines and costs.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n5 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.\nExperience with facility electrical and mechanical systems relative to network infrastructure.\nExperience with design build processes.\nPreferred qualifications:\nRCDD, PMP, or similar industry certifications.\nOSHA certification.\nBachelor’s degree, Master's, or PhD in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, related degree, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience working in data centers or similar mission critical environments where work involves impact to core functionalities and is governed with formal change control processes.\nExperience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives on schedule and within
