We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Finland: €98000 - €100000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nManage a large construction site and delivery organisation, managing scopes related to construction projects or capital improvement projects.\nBe responsible for ensuring the development of detailed designs, managing construction (delivery, cost, quality and EHS), commissioning, close-out and hand-off to the operations team. Ensure all customer requirements are being met.\nEstablish and maintain various delivery models and global relationships with multiple vendors.\nCreate a growth plan and be involved in hiring/recruiting of talent in the areas of project management, field engineering, document control, technical writing, etc.\nResearch and implement construction means and methods of data center equipment and facilities.
