certifications, including IL5/IL6, FedRAMP, and FIPS.\nCoordinate security and accreditation initiatives from architectural planning through audit readiness and release approval;\nWork with engineering, security, compliance, product, and operations teams to resolve technical and program-level challenges.\nProgram Execution and Security Integration\nIntegrate security and compliance requirements into software and hardware release processes.\nDevelop and manage:Master execution plans\nDependency maps\nRisk registers\nExecutive readiness reviews\n\nEstablish security and compliance checkpoints throughout the product lifecycle.\nPromote shift-left security practices, including early security assessments and secure-by-design reviews.\nTechnical Security and Infrastructure\n- Work with engineering and security architects across the Google Distributed Cloud technology stack, including:\nBare-metal servers\nGPU and AI serving infrastructure\nKubernetes and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)\nLinux operating systems\nNetworking and storage\nKey Management Systems (KMS) and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs)\nIdentity and Access Management (IAM)\nZero-trust boundary controls\nCryptographic Modernization and Vulnerability Management\nDrive Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) migration initiatives aligned with CNSA 2.0 and NIST SP 800-208.\nLead continuous vulnerability management and CVE remediation programs.\nCoordinate vulnerability remediation service-level agreements (SLAs).\nDrive software bill of materials (SBOM) and secure software and firmware supply chain workflows.\nAdapt security processes for disconnected and hybrid cloud environments.\nSupport automated SecAssure compliance controls.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nAlign Engineering, Security, Compliance, Product, and Sovereign Operations (SovOps) stakeholders.\nResolve complex technical trade-offs.\nEnsure predictable and audit-ready product releases.\nCommunicate program progress, risks, and readiness to relevant stakeholders.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.\nAt least 8 years of experience in program management.\nExperience with security assessments;\nExperience with security controls.\nPreferred:\nAt least 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.\nExperience guiding cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise products through:Regulatory compliance assessments\nAudit readiness\nContinuous compliance monitoring\n\nFamiliarity with compliance frameworks and requirements, including DoD IL5/IL6, FedRAMP High, NIST, ISO, and regional data sovereignty frameworks.\nExperience working in cleared national security environments with an active US Government security clearance.\nExperience leading vulnerability assessment and management programs across large-scale software or hardware environments.\nKnowledge of vulnerability scanning coverage, triage, remediation tracking, and exception governance.\nExperience integrating shift-left security assessments into product development, including:Secure-by-design reviews\nPenetration testing\nCryptographic modernization\n\nRelevant professional certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.\nSalary and Compensation:\nSalary disclosed\nBase salary: $192,000 to $278,000 USD\nTarget bonus: 20%\nAdditional
