A team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $138000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nLeverage technical expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) , Applied AI and agentic solutions to fully understand their potential for developing and scaling effective abuse-fighting strategies and how they are being used throughout the program portfolio.\nCollaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables.\nDefine the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.\nReview key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.\nIdentify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.
