technology.\nResponsibilities\nDrive environmental requirements across development teams, testing labs, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.\nTroubleshoot compliance issues, coordinating solutions with internal and external engineering teams and partners/suppliers.\nDefine and oversee hardware certification test requirements and validation testing reports for accuracy, completeness, and ensure all mandatory requirements are properly accounted for in filing packages.\nCommunicate certification status and issues in a clear, succinct, and timely manner to all impacted teams.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n2 years of experience in restricted substances (e.g. RoHS, REACH), energy efficiency (e.g. ErP, BCS), or conflict minerals.\n2 years of experience with consumer electronics.\nExperience working with one or more regulatory/voluntary certification activities (e.g., CE, EMC/RF/SAR (FCC)).\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree or PhD in an Engineering (Chemical, Material, Environmental, etc.) field or a related technical discipline.\nExperience in toxicology and biocompatibility of materials, skin sensitization, PFAS, etc.\nExperience with regulatory processes related to and launching mass produced consumer electronics.\nFamiliar with voluntary initiatives: IEEE 1680, UL 110, Eco logo.\nAbility and experience coordinating team members from multiple disciplines to complete compliance necessary processes and
