We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $138000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nInitiate, design, and manage physical infrastructure programs for projects, focusing on capacity augments in live data center environments.\nIdentify stakeholders and work with them to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria for complex North America-South America wide programs.\nIdentify and resolve strategic execution blockers in live-traffic environments, including material shortages and resource constraints across cross-functional teams.\nDevelop cost estimates, feasibility studies, and detailed Scopes of Work (SOWs). Create documentation that represents programs from business, product, and technical perspectives to senior executives.\nMeasure and publish program metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
