The GDC End-to-End Quality team delivers physical plant infrastructure with predictable quality.\nAs an Infrastructure Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC) Quality Technical Program Manager, you work directly with developers, managing critical aspects of sites/equipment/construction quality. You collaborate with data center designers, developers, manufacturers, engineers, and operations, and drive quality escalations and failure analysis. You establish actual root causes and drive systemic corrective actions with demonstrated preventative solutions. You extract and analyze data from developers facilities readiness and our data centers to verify performance and drive improvements. You will develop and manage 3PDC quality programs and services for assigned projects and developers. You will lead teams to drive transformational capabilities for scalability and support organizational long-term strategies.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nWork directly with developers and internal partners managing critical aspects of infrastructure data center constructions from design, bid, build, to operations support. Collaborate with designers, developers, and engineers and manage site-level quality, equipment, and construction quality and commissioning escalations.\nEstablish actual root causes, and systemic corrective actions with demonstrated preventative solutions for significant quality events and non-conformance reports.\nManage validation of developers build/test/quality/commissioning processes and ensure they meet Google requirements.\nConduct developer assessment, internal project health assessments, inspect construction sites, articulate quality improvement activities to reduce variability, improve predictability, streamline lead time, improve output quality, factory witness and acceptance testing. Partner with developers to solve complex construction, equipment, and commissioning quality and process issues.\nManage third party developer quality assurance and control programs performance and KPIs.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n5 years of experience in program management.\n4 years of experience constructing data centers, semiconductors, industrial, automotive, power, nuclear, or other 24/7 mission-critical facilities.\nPreferred qualifications:\nSix Sigma Blackbelt, Auditor Certifications, American Society for Quality certification (CSQP, CQE, CQM, CRE, or CQA) or equivalent certification/experience such as CCP, CBCP, QCxP, CxA, or PMI-CP.\n4 years of work experience analyzing data and creating reports with strong statistical, quantitative modeling, and forecasting skills. \nExperience managing construction projects/product life cycles (process developments, implementation, and improvement).\nKnowledge of Infrastructure design, bid, build, and deployment of data centers or other mission-critical operations.
