timelines, and budgets for test development initiatives related to the Google Cloud product roadmap, with a primary focus on rack integration test and In-Circuit Test (ICT) test.\nCollaborate with test engineers and product managers to understand manufacturing test requirements and translate them into test strategies.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues, addressing challenges to ensure on-time delivery.\nDrive communication with internal stakeholders and partners for manufacturing test development status via reviews and dashboards, and work with design engineering teams to manage dependencies for test development.\nFacilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n5 years of experience in program management.\nExperience driving new product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing engineering for hardware products.\nExperience with test engineering or working with data center products.\nPreferred qualifications:\n5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.\n5 years of experience as a technical program manager in hardware development environments.\nExperience in test engineering, with knowledge of software and hardware testing principles and methodologies.\nExperience managing technical projects, including planning, execution, and
