search experiences across search and chrome product areas.\nLeverage AI tools to solve program problems and improve team efficiency and efficacy.\nIntroduce new processes, best practices, and playbooks to continuously improve and scale development in a measurable way.\nCollaborate closely with teams across search and chrome ensuring coordinated timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.\nDevelop a deep understanding of the technical landscape of your programs, enabling you to partner closely with engineering to proactively identify and resolve blockers and escalate issues when necessary.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n5 years of experience in program management.\nExperience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.\nExperience with product lifecycle management.\nPreferred qualifications:\n5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.\nExperience with AI
