Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to your team, leveraging a deep understanding of network architecture.\nRecruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of network implementation engineers. Foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and accountability. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support career growth.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives within NDI processes. Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and cost reduction in network delivery.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in program management.\n8 years of experience in infrastructure.\n5 years of experience in leadership role with direct reports.\nPreferred qualifications:\n10 years of experience in telecommunications or Hyperscale Infrastructure, with 5 years in experience in engineering leadership.\n Extensive experience with large-scale data center operations and network build-outs.\nDeep understanding of networking technologies: IP/MPLS, optical transport, data center networking, wireless technologies, and large-scale network architectures.\nAbility to lead geographically dispersed technical teams and experience in a continuous improvement leadership role, ideally with a focus on lean methodologies.\nAbility to build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.\nExcellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
