From Google Ads to Chrome, Android to YouTube, social to local, Google engineers are changing the world one technological achievement after another.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Ireland: €94000 - €96000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nLead large, complex, cross-functional programs through the Product Lifecycle, ensuring supply chain and design partner team deliverables are met in order to support critical program milestones. \nSupport onboarding and qualification of N+1 suppliers through leading design reviews, specification C/D/Es, product SOWs, and engineer of record alignment.\nEnsure product designs are complete, accurate, and provided on schedule to enable a smooth transition to the execution team for on-time manufacturing and delivery.\nAct as first level escalation point where partner team deliverables are not being met. Communicate program risks to leadership while providing mitigation recommendations.\nLead change control/management for your products, ensuring impacts are communicated and cross-functional alignment is obtained before cut-in and dissemination to supply base.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n2 years of experience in program management.\nExperience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and leading a product through the Product Life Cycle (PLC).\nPreferred qualifications:\nMBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering, or other relevant field.\n2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.\nExperience in multiple aspects of hardware operations.\nKnowledge of typical hardware BOMs, process documentation and assembly and test processes.\nDeveloped leadership, analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity and strategic
