We keep our networks up and running, ensuring our users have the best and fastest experience possible.\nResponsibilities\nEnsure the safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of all APAC region projects, in compliance with all processes and procedures mandated by the Offsite Infrastructure Delivery and Controls (OIDC) Program Lead.\nEscalate all project issues to appropriate internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.\nManage the accuracy and updates of project-level data within enterprise tools (e.g., Quickbase database).\nEngage effectively and collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders, including Energy and Location Strategy acquisition and development teams.\nDocument, maintain, and improve existing project/program management processes.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n2 years of experience in program management.\n2 years of experience designing, constructing, or managing infrastructure projects.\nExperience in utility infrastructure delivery (e.g., power, water, roadways, etc.).\nExperience in project management principles (e.g., Cost, Schedule, Scope, or Risk Management).\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience interacting with various government and regulatory bodies.\nExperience in change management and communication strategy. \nExperience with infrastructure contracting, legal language, financial terms, and governance setup.\nExperience leading large cross-functional teams across multiple internal departments.\nExcellent problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to construct, articulate, and defend simple messages or insights from
