global team of agreement security systems consultants, project managers, and security installation specialists.\nOversee end-to-end program management, driving process improvements across the broader organization and navigating ambiguity with full ownership to resolve complex challenges.\nServe as a cross-functional leader, establishing a clear strategic goal to advance long-term organizational goals.\nDeploy various security technologies using established risk frameworks, industry standards, and Google security best practices.\nDirect financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and invoice approvals.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n5 years of experience with security systems, infrastructure projects, deployment management, program management.\n5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.\nPreferred qualifications:\nSecurity systems or related certifications (access control, cctv, networking, CPTED).\nProgram Management certification or experience in Program Management with a technology company.\nAbility to identify, collect, and analyze relevant data to help drive informed decisions.\nAbility to grow in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment while working both independently and as a team on multiple initiatives and stand-alone projects with limited direction from
