Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to upper management and project stakeholders.\nRemove obstacles to drive momentum, progress and results. Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities.\nUnderstand technical implementation and propose technical alternatives when necessary. Ask questions that clarify priorities and push the team to be highly effective. Develop broad domain and technical knowledge.\nReview key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.\nIdentify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.
