technology.\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.\nPrioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.\nDefine the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.\nReview key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.\nIdentify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n2 years of experience in program management within the consumer electronics or an equivalent industry, with a focus on regulatory compliance, testing, and certifications.\nExperience with deep wireless technologies including WWAN (GSM/WCDMA/LTE/5G/NTN), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, UWB, GPS, etc.\nPreferred qualifications:\n2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.\nExperience managing and securing key industry certifications (e.g., FCC, CE, ISED, MIC).\nTechnical expertise in global Radio Frequency (RF) compliance standards, including RF metrics, RF exposure evaluation (SAR/MPE) and global compliance certification.\nComprehensive understanding of global product certification, industry best practices, and the technical requirements needed to align product designs with regulatory standards.\nProven track record of navigating global regulatory processes to successfully launch high volume, mass produced consumer
