We partner with teams across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam and account hijacking. A team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.\nResponsibilities\nEstablish required program structures/projects, manage cross-functional launch timelines and measure progress of the annual OKRs.\nPartner closely with engineering, product, data science, and Trust and Safety (T&S) central teams to implement Applied AI solutions to address.\nEstablish/improve/automate Smartreview processes such as Intake, Triage, backlog processes and run program sprints.\nReview key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.\nCommunicate program status, risks, and milestones clearly to cross-functional and executive leadership.
