Google.\nResponsibilities\nManage end-to-end delivery, technical strategy, and complex escalations for Google Workspace deployments, ensuring architectural alignment and seamless data migrations from legacy systems.\nConduct regular service reviews, monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and track quality metrics to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.\nProvide highly technical implementation support in customer environments, including guidance on implementation feasibility of cross-product integrations.\nLead and develop a team of technical consulting developers.\nWork as part of a team of developers/consultants that globally ensure 24-hour customer support, which includes sometimes working non-standard work hours or shifts.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.\n13 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs, and triaging technical issues (e.g., hardware, software, application, operational, process).\n13 years of experience with 2 or more of the following: Web Technologies, Data/Big Data, Systems Administration, Machine Learning, Networking, Kubernetes, Oracle, SAP.\n12 years of experience managing cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders, and external deployment partners.\nExperience reading code in a general purpose coding language (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go, JavaScript) or in system design.\nExperience in people management.\nPreferred qualifications:\nProfessional certification in Google Workspace Administration or Google Cloud.\n3 year of experience managing a technical, customer-facing team.\nGood understanding of the Workspace or equivalent products and a clear, business-oriented grasp of its principles and potential, be able to translate complex technical concepts into business value for a senior executive audience.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical tradeoffs to both executive stakeholders and developing teams.\nDemonstrated record in implementing large-scale cloud or software projects in corporate
