Google.\nResponsibilities\nDeliver innovative, engaging prototypes using the latest in front-end technologies.\nArchitect prompt engineering pipelines and middleware layers to ensure LLMs consistently create output that perfectly maps to UI components.\nMentor mid-to-executive engineers and designers, establishing web engineering excellence standards, contributing to core libraries and defining the organizational playbook for AI product development.\nPartner with executive members of the team, define and promote standards, and integrate changes into design system and workflow guidelines.\nApply an inventive mindset to technical issues, finding ways to bridge gaps between design goal and model capabilities when standard solutions don't yet exist.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in a technical, UX, or design setting, or a related experience.\n6 years of experience in front end
