Partner with HR to ensure consistent and compliant execution of people-related processes.\nStandards & Training: Develop, implement, and maintain operating procedures and service standards that deliver consistency, hospitality, and operational excellence across all locations in your market.\nOperational Execution: Ensure seamless coordination between all departments and locations. Drive consistency, timing, and efficiency throughout the order fulfillment process market-wide.\nTech-Enabled Service: Use customer feedback, delivery platform data, and internal reporting tools to drive performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes.\nBrand Representation: Uphold goop Kitchen's high standards for aesthetic, cleanliness, professionalism, and thoughtful service in all market locations.\nMetrics & Accountability: Own market-level KPIs including customer satisfaction, order accuracy, labor efficiency, and team productivity across all locations.
