This role collaborates with architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions. High level responsibilities include advanced coding, system design, integration management, and technical leadership in release management and DevOps processes. The engineer will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers and driving adherence to best practices.\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities\nExperience in Salesforce development, including customization, configuration, and integration.\nProficiency in Apex programming, SOQL, and SOSL query languages.\nKnowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, including Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Force.com.\nExperience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.\nExperience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues on the Salesforce platform.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce-related tools and technologies, such as Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and Salesforce Orgs.\nExperience with Salesforce Security, including sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.\nExperience in Salesforce testing and deployment, including test classes, code coverage, and change management.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nExperience and Education\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
