The Infrastructure Systems Administrator collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support operational needs, technology initiatives, and business objectives while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and security requirements.\nJob Responsibilities:\nAdminister and maintain enterprise server, cloud, virtualization, and storage environments. \nManage core infrastructure services including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. \nMonitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure reliable business operations. \nImplement and support infrastructure security controls, patching, and vulnerability remediation. \nManage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity. \nTroubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, system, and service-related issues. \nDevelop and maintain automation scripts, technical documentation, and operational procedures. \nSupport infrastructure projects, system upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations. \nParticipate in on-call support and after-hours maintenance activities as required. \nCollaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver secure and reliable technology solutions.\nSkills Required:\nStrong knowledge of Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure technologies. \nExperience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure administration. \nKnowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-V. \nExperience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions. \nUnderstanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls. \nExperience with infrastructure monitoring, system performance tuning, and troubleshooting. \nProficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. \nKnowledge of cybersecurity best practices, vulnerability management, and access controls. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. \nEffective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. \nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
