Kentucky residents.\nAs a Department Manager, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service while driving sales though BRS products by building relationships with customers while providing the ultimate shopper experience through sales, customer support, and cashier responsibilities.\nResponsibilities\nIncludes, but are not limited to:\nProvide excellent customer service by greeting and establishing rapport with customers while informing customers of BRS products and services\nExpert knowledge of BRS products to provide customers with recommendations\nDrive sales in all departments\nReplenish and maintain inventory\nMust pass WSET, Cicerone Certification, Certified Bourbon Steward, ServSafe Certification provided by BRS for specific a department\nOrganize and communicate with vendors and buyers for store tastings\nAssist in the training of new Store Associates\nPerform cashier functions and adhere to minor policy while completing customer transactions\nAssist front end scheduling of store associates\nCash management\nProvide high levels of customer service, driving sales, handling difficult situations, demonstrating organizational skills, multi-tasking\nCoaching team members and guidance to improve customer experience\nEnsures all pricing, signage, and display information is correct\nMaintain store safety standards\nStore cleanliness and assist in maintaining standards on the sales floor, stock room, lockers, and bathrooms\nMaintain all safety standards for deliveries\nAssist in promotions and setup of events\nQualifications\n21 years of age or older\nKnowledge of wine varietals, countries and regions\nAbility to work a flexible schedule as business requires (nights, weekends and holidays)\nDesire to continually develop retail sales skills and knowledge of product and services\nTwo years of management experience\nPrior experience in a team environment requiring professional communication skills\nRetail experience in retail spirits industry preferred\nTeam player\nStrong interpersonal skills necessary for establishing customer and team relationships\nAbility to demonstrate a positive and engaging attitude and demeanor\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nThis job requires the ability to perform the following:\nFrequently standing and moving in an assigned location safely and
