In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner and subject matter expert, managing the lifecycle of complex employee relations matters, leading thorough workplace investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.\nYou will partner closely with business leaders, the P&C team, and Legal to foster a fair, compliant, and inclusive work environment.\nThis role requires heavy travel to major markets and locations regionally. You can expect up to 50 - 75% travel.\nWhat We Offer\nMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance \n401(k) Retirement Savings Plan\nHSA or FSA eligibility\nLong and Short-Term Disability Insurance\nFitness Reimbursement Program\n25% employee discount & FAM Membership\nFlexible PTO\nGroup Life Insurance\nEAP through AllOne Health (formerly Carebridge)\nResponsibilities\nConducts investigations of complaints and concerns, including allegations of policy violations, working conditions, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, etc.\n\nMake recommendations on the appropriate course of action in partnership with the key stakeholders for Employee Relations issues\n\nDocument findings and write investigation summaries to be maintained in ThinkLP.\n\nCoach and advise all levels of management through employee relations matters (e.g. performance management, corrective action processes, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, terminations, etc).\n\nMonitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and Identify emerging employee relations and compliance risks and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to support timely mitigation\n\nLead and participate in community outreach, hiring, and onboarding initiatives in your region.\nPerform other related duties as required.\n\n Must be willing to travel up to 50- 75% of the time to visit sites in your region.\nQualifications\n3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in Employee Relations, investigations, and supporting field or frontline operations.\n\nBachelor’s degree preferred.\n\nProven expertise in end-to-end investigation methodologies (interviewing, evidence gathering, summary writing) and a strong foundation in US employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, Title VII).\n\nProven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues, including making recommendations to effectively resolve issues\n\nAbility to work cross-functionally with various departments\n\nAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, exercise high emotional intelligence, and handle sensitive, confidential information.\n\nStrong analytical and conflict-resolution skills, with a track record of making sound, unbiased decisions under pressure.\n\nProficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite\n\nCompensation\nGopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
