Position Summary:

Provide friendly, professional, and efficient bilingual (English and French) customer service, as well as order processing and delivery support to United Trimen customers via phone, email, SMS, and live chat. Assist customers with their daily inquiries to ensure their needs are met, while promoting and utilizing e-commerce technologies.

Based at our North York, ON office, this position requires full bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.

• The salary range for this role is $45,000 to $50,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with and support customers for order entry, credits, and other needs

• Support and partner with assigned divisions and customers; ensure effective route management

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and system status across divisions and distribution centers to assist Account Managers and customers

• Serve as an information resource for Account Managers, Logistics, and Sales Support on product-related inquiries regarding inventory levels, excessive punches, and general product information

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Fully bilingual, written and spoken (French/English)*

• Aptitude for resolving a variety of issues

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Enjoy working in a collaborative environment

*English required for daily communication with other team members based in English-speaking Canada and occasional communication with English-speaking suppliers (80%).

Principales tâches

• Être en relation et soutenir les clients pour la prise de commandes, crédits, et autres besoins

• Soutenir et travailler en partenariat avec les divisions et les clients qui lui sont assignés ; assurer une gestion efficace des itinéraires.

• Maintenir une connaissance actualisée des produits et de l'état des systèmes au sein des divisions et des centres de distribution afin d'aider les gestionnaires de comptes et les clients.

• Servir de source d'information aux gestionnaires de comptes, à la logistique et à l'assistance aux ventes pour les questions relatives aux produits concernant les niveaux de stocks, les poinçons excessifs et les informations générales sur les produits.

Compétences recherchées

• Posséder une bonne communication parlée et écrite

• Être bilingue écrit et parlé (français/anglais)*

• Avoir une aisance à régler une variété de problèmes

• Se démarquer par ses qualités d’organisation et gestion de priorités multiples
