There's a seat at our table for you...\nPosition Summary:\nSupports a portfolio of National Account Customers or Regional Chain Account Customers through day-to-day tactical, customer relationship management activity. Assists the Account Managers by coordinating customer activities and providing internal support to their customer account teams. Analyzes reports to ensure data integrity. \nProvides support, where needed, for Market Basket preparation.\nParticipates in business reviews as directed by National Account Manager.\nServes as the escalation point for any customer service issues requiring additional support that is beyond the Customer Service Representative ability.
