A proven track record that includes sophisticated motion or appellate practice and depositions is strongly preferred. Additionally, a commitment to superior client service is essential. Trial experience is preferred but not required.\nCandidates must be licensed in Ohio.\nWe offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for both discretionary and performance-based bonuses, as well as student loan repayment assistance.\nAs a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country, our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current national base salary ranges are:\nAssociates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000-$165,000;\nSenior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000-$215,000;\nPartners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000-$275,000+.\nActual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
