The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience working as a litigation-focused paralegal, preferably in a large law firm setting.\nQualifications:\nExperience in litigation support and case management.\nAbility to adapt to changes in work environment and manage multiple cases, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team.\nExperience drafting and organizing discovery - both written discovery and document production.\nExperience preparing for and assisting at trial.\nFamiliarity with the State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.\nExperience with Summation Pro, Relativity, or comparable litigation support software.\nExcellent analytical and written communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational and technical skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nKey Responsibilities:\nCommunicate professionally, productively, and efficiently with clients, contacts, attorneys, other paralegals, and all other professional staff.\nAssist attorneys in drafting pleadings, performing factual and legal research, reviewing, and analyzing documents, and supporting preparations for hearings, depositions, and mediations.\nReview, gather, and organize client documents from production to discovery.\nResearch, organize and summarize records, as needed, to assist in data gathering, including organizing of information and documents in databases.\nAssist with preparing discovery requests and responses.\nAssist in trial preparation, including drafting pre-trial pleadings, preparing exhibits, coordinating witnesses and requests with outside vendors, and live trial support.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWe offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Disability, Parental Leave & Life Insurance.\nThe yearly salary range is between $45,000-$100,000.
