Your attention to detail reflects the Gordon Murray philosophies of driving perfection and uncompromising quality, so that the data and documentation behind our cars are as exacting as the engineering itself.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of Quality at a UK-based global luxury brand dedicated to creating the world's greatest driving cars, where the accuracy of your work is felt across the whole business.\nKey Responsibilities\nYou will support the Quality function day to day, working with the Head of Quality, lead engineers, the Supplier Quality Engineering team and Procurement.\n This is your chance to:\nOwn the Gordon Murray Automotive document control system, records and workflow, ensuring everything is filed and maintained at the correct level in the business.\nEnsure every Quality document in the BMS is reviewed at regular intervals and held at the correct revision level.\nUpdate Quality documents promptly following review and feedback from the lead engineers and the Head of Quality.\nDeliver clear, accurate reports from data supplied by the Quality department, giving the wider business the insight it needs to review performance.\nPrepare routine compliance reports and maintain the supporting records.\nCoordinate material compliance data with Procurement and Supplier Quality, safeguarding data integrity throughout.\nDrive corrective actions to closure by tracking deadlines and ensuring internal audit findings are resolved on time and documentation stays current.\nDocument and follow up all management review actions so that decisions turn into results.\nAdminister access to the Quality SharePoint site and manage the group email addresses.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nYou'll be an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to getting every record right.\nProven experience in administrative roles within the automotive or luxury sector, with excellent administrative skills.\nThe ability to draft documents without guidance.\nAdvanced use of IT packages including Power BI, Smartsheets, Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.\nExperience within a Quality organisation (desirable).\nStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.\nFocus and discipline to stay on task, with exceptional attention to detail.\n Why This Role Matters\nThis is an opportunity to play a vital part in the Quality function of a brand built on creating the world's greatest driving cars, without compromise.\nYou'll influence the integrity of our documentation, the timeliness of corrective actions and the confidence with which the business reviews its quality performance.\nYour work will help deliver Gordon Murray Automotive's uncompromising approach to driving perfection, low mass and engineering art.\nBenefits\nAs well as the opportunity to work with a fantastic team, the position comes with:\nCompetitive Base Salary\nPrivate Medical Scheme\nLife Assurance\nHoliday Loyalty Bonus Scheme\nEnhanced Personal Pension Plan\nEnhanced Maternity & Paternity Pay\nCycle to Work Scheme\nSalary Sacrifice Car Lease Scheme\nParking Onsite\n\nGordon Murray Group is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of age, sexual orientation, gender, pregnancy, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, disability, medical history, race, marital status, genetic information or parental status.
