Junior Finance Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Finance Manager to join our Finance team.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including reporting, budgeting, payments control, and financial analysis. You will work closely with senior finance managers, accounting, and operations teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency across the business.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields;
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis);
• Understanding of basic financial statement s (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet);
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details;
• Native Ukrainian (spoken and written);
• English - B1 or higher;
• Ability to work with numbers accurately and meet deadlines;
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn;
• Knowledge of the specifics of accounting and payroll processe s would be an advantage;
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and their application in the financial sector will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Processing cost data, checking the information, choosing the correct expense categories, and recording the transactions in the accounting system.
• Checking and reviewing corporate bank card reports, analyzing transactions, checking that expenses follow company policies, and recording the data correctly in the accounting system.
• Collecting invoices for company transactions on time and checking that they are properly prepared and contain all the required information.
• Preparing reports on specific company expenses on a quarterly basis and when requested by management.
• Supporting the period-end closing process and preparing financial data for reporting.
• Supporting the payroll process, working with the people involved, checking that the calculations are correct, and recording the payroll transactions in the accounting system.
