Our annual renewals represent millions in recurring revenue, and every one of them is an opportunity to deepen the relationship, expand into new modules, and prove the compounding value of our platform.\nAbout the Role\nAs a QA Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our data platform meets the highest standards of reliability and performance. Our SaaS platform empowers energy retailers with data processing at scale, from pricing and forecasting to complex analytics. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to build confidence in our product by embedding testing early in the development cycle and ensuring smooth, reliable releases.\nYou’ll be the advocate for quality and the critical link between feature development, user feedback, and product delivery.\nResponsibilities\nDefine the testing scope and plan, and execute test cases across features and sprints.\n\nReport on test coverage and product stability for each sprint/release to support go/no-go decisions.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, review acceptance criteria, and provide feedback early in the process.\n\nIdentify and communicate risks that could impact product quality.\n\nAct as a bridge between the product, support, and internal user teams by collecting feedback, troubleshooting bugs, and performing root cause analysis.\n\nAutomate acceptance tests using our existing test frameworks.\n\nConduct exploratory testing, and run regression and performance tests (automated where possible).\n\nPromote good QA practices and foster a quality-first mindset within development teams.\n\nDocument issues clearly with reproducible steps and supporting artifacts (logs, screenshots, etc.).\n\nPerform peer reviews on both manual and automated test cases.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nMinimum 3 years of experience as a Tester in an Agile development environment.\n\nProficiency in both manual and automated testing, including test planning, design, and execution.\n\nStrong knowledge of web-based applications and testing web service APIs.\n\nHands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks such as Playwright (+), Cypress, Selenium, WebDriverIO, Appium, or JMeter.\n\nA methodical and curious mindset, with a strong eye for detail.\n\nPassion for continuous learning and staying current with QA best practices.\n\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills in English.\n\nOpenness to give and receive feedback regularly.\n\nWhat's in it for you\nFlexible ways of working - We’re a hybrid-first company, with offices designed for collaboration and connection.
