This role will act as a key business partner to executive leadership, ensuring cross-functional alignment, operational governance, and timely execution of strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee business operations, executive reporting, performance management, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination across Finance, PMO, Technology, Procurement, HR, Legal, and other business functions to support the company's rapid growth.Key\nResponsibilities Business Operations & Performance Management Support executive leadership in managing day-to-day business operations across regional data center projects. Monitor business performance, operational KPIs, and strategic initiatives. Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement across business functions. Ensure business priorities are executed effectively and aligned with organizational objectives. Strategic Planning & Business Execution Coordinate strategic initiatives and cross-functional business projects. Support annual business planning, operational reviews, and performance tracking. Follow up on executive action items and ensure timely completion across departments. Identify operational challenges and recommend practical business solutions. Executive Reporting & Business Analytics Develop executive dashboards and management reports. Prepare business performance updates, KPI reports, and operational reviews for senior leadership. Analyze operational trends and provide business insights to support decision-making. Coordinate monthly and quarterly business review meetings. Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with PMO, Technology, Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure project alignment and operational efficiency. Facilitate communication between business functions and executive leadership. Support organizational readiness for new projects and business expansion. Governance & Operational Excellence Support the development and implementation of business governance frameworks. Monitor operational risks, compliance issues, and process adherence. Recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration. Drive standardization of business processes across regional operations.\nRequirements\nQualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, PMO, Project Management, Consulting, or Operations Management. Strong business acumen with experience supporting executive leadership. Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and regional operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience preparing executive presentations and management reports. Fluent English communication skills. Willingness to travel across regional project locations when required.
