\nThis position is located at our manufacturing facility, in Lebanon, IN and will work closely with the production, quality, and sanitation teams to ensure we have on time PMs and timely repairs to maintain plant operations.\nLocate and check out maintenance parts and materials from stockroom\nTroubleshoot building HVAC and Plant Electrical Equipment.\nUse CMMS to complete and create work orders.\nTroubleshoot and repair Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and electrical equipment repairs\nTroubleshoot PLC programs, electrical and mechanical issues \nWeld with TIG/MIG/and Stick weld.\nPut in requisitions for low quantity parts\nFollow BRC requirements for food industry standards\nSupport building and production repairs in a timely manner.\nCommunicate with team members openly on equipment repairs and PM schedules\nParticipate in daily pass-down meetings.\nCollaborate with maintenance planner to identify parts needed for necessary repairs and rebuilds \nCollaborate with vendors to build relationships and identify cost savings opportunities\nWhat you’ll need:\n5 Years in electrical experience and PLCs\n5 Years experience in Industrial maintenance\nDemonstrated ability to identify and implement Best Practices and deal with high levels of ambiguity\nAbility to work effectively with others in a team environment\nMotivated individual who takes pride in work performed and can work efficiently with minimal supervision\nLift 50-60
