In this role, the Technical Lead will guide the technical architecture, design, and delivery of complex enterprise solutions. The successful candidate will serve as the primary authority on integrating Oracle and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), exposing secure database APIs via Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS), and designing user interfaces using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).\nThe Technical Lead will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, mentoring junior developers, enforcing best practices, and ensuring scalable, high-performing architectures.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTechnical Leadership & Architecture\nLead the end-to-end technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle-centric integration and application solutions.\nDefine integration strategies and architectural patterns for connecting Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, HCM) with on-premise and third-party SaaS systems.\nConduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor a team of offshore/onshore technical developers.\nCollaborate with functional leads, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical specifications.\nOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Development\nDesign and build complex integrations using OIC (App-Driven, Scheduled Orchestrations, File-Based, and B2B).\nDevelop robust error handling, notification, and retry mechanisms within OIC flows\nManage connections, lookups, packages, and certificates within the OIC environment.\nDatabase Services (ORDS & PL/SQL)\nDesign, develop, and secure RESTful web services using Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) to expose Oracle Database assets to modern web and mobile applications.\nWrite advanced PL/SQL code (procedures, functions, packages, triggers) to support data migration, complex business logic, and backend processing.\nOptimize complex SQL queries and database performance to ensure efficient data retrieval for APIs.\nVisual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Application Development\nLeverage working proficiency in VBCS to build, modify, and support responsive web and mobile applications.\nConnect VBCS UI components securely to underlying ORDS APIs and OIC integration endpoints.\nTroubleshoot UI issues and assist in the rapid prototyping of custom extensions for Oracle Cloud applications.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills:\nExperience:10+ years of overall IT experience in Oracle technologies, with at least 3-5 years in a Technical Lead or Architectural capacity.\n\nOIC Expertise:Extensive hands-on experience designing and delivering integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud. Strong understanding of standard adapters (Oracle ERP/HCM/CX, REST, SOAP, FTP, Database, etc.).\n\nORDS & Database:Deep expertise in Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS), Oracle Database architectures, and advanced PL/SQL. Proven ability to create secure, scalable REST APIs.\n\nVBCS Proficiency:Working knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for creating UI extensions.
