This role is critical in transforming raw data into actionable insights, primarily focusing on developing sophisticated analytics, reports, and dashboards derived from enterprise systems dealing in ERP, HCM, and SCM.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions across enterprise systems, including Oracle SaaS ERP, Financials, SCM, and HCM.\nTranslate business requirements into technical specifications for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.\nDevelop and optimize reports using BI tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and other reporting platforms.\nWork with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand reporting needs and deliver effective solutions.\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.\nOptimize queries and reporting processes to improve performance and efficiency.\nMaintain technical documentation for reports, dashboards, and data models.\nTroubleshoot reporting issues and provide timely resolutions.\nStay up to date with emerging BI tools, reporting technologies, and industry best practices.\nRequired Qualifications\n2-4 years of relevant professional experience in Business Intelligence, BI Engineering, Data Analytics, or enterprise reporting.\nStrong SQL skills, including the ability to write and optimize complex queries.\nWorking knowledge or hands-on experience with enterprise BI and reporting tools.\nExperience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, SSRS, Telerik, or similar platforms will be valued. Candidates with strong BI and reporting fundamentals will also be considered, even if they have not worked extensively with multiple tools.\nGood understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modelling concepts.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.\nAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.\nGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher (BIP).\nFamiliarity with Oracle Cloud applications, particularly ERP, Financials, SCM, or HCM.\nKnowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation.\nExperience working with enterprise reporting, data integration, and analytics solutions.\nRelevant certifications in BI tools, data analytics, or Oracle technologies.\nWhat We
