models, recommendation systems, forecasting models, and optimization algorithms.\n\nArchitect and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines., from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.\n\nAnalyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to uncover actionable insights and strategic opportunities.\n\nCollaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate business challenges into scalable data science solutions.\n\nDrive the adoption of best practices in machine learning, experimentation, and model governance.\n\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists and data engineers.\n\nEvaluate and integrate state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques including deep learning, large language models, and advanced analytics.\n\nWork closely with data engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines and scalable ML infrastructure.\n\nCommunicate insights and technical findings to both technical and executive stakeholders.\n\nQualifications.\n\nRequired.\n\nBachelors or Masters degree in.\n\nComputer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.\n\n6-10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI-related roles.\n\nStrong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics.\n\nProficiency in.\n\nPython and data science ecosystems (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).\n\nExperience designing end-to-end machine learning pipelines and production ML systems.\n\nStrong experience working with large-scale datasets and big data technologies.\n\nAbility to translate complex data analysis into business insights and strategic recommendations.\n\nStrong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and leadership capabilities.\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nPreferred.\n\nExperience in retail, e-commerce, or recommendation systems.\n\nExperience with search ranking, recommender systems, personalization, or demand forecasting.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\nExperience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.\n\nExperience deploying models using.\n\nMLOps frameworks and tools.\n\nKnowledge of deep learning, NLP, or generative AI.\nJob skills
