techniques to support business optimization and performance monitoring.\n\nProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to support product, operational, and strategic initiatives.\n\nData Management & Data Modeling.\n\nDesign and maintain data models, semantic layers, and reporting frameworks for enterprise BI solutions.\n\nCollaborate with Data Engineers to ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable data pipelines.\n\nDefine data governance and data quality standards for reporting and analytics.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration.\n\nPartner with business units and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.\n\nPresent insights and analytical findings to both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.\n\nProvide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and BI developers.\n\nContinuous Improvement.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve analytics capabilities, reporting automation, and decision-support systems.\n\nStay up to date with emerging trends in data analytics, BI platforms, and data visualization technologies.\n\nQualifications.\n\nRequired.\n\nBachelors or Masters degree in.\n\nData Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.\n\n6-8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.\n\nStrong expertise in.\n\nBI and data visualization platforms such as QlikSense, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.\n\nAdvanced.\n\nSQL skills for complex data extraction, transformation, and analysis.\n\nStrong understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing concepts.\n\nExperience working with large datasets and enterprise analytics environments.\n\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.\n\nPreferred.\n\nExperience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\nFamiliarity with big data technologies such as Spark, Databricks, or Hadoop.\n\nExperience supporting retail, e-commerce, or digital platform analytics.\n\nKnowledge of.\n\nPython
