Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer issues. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports. Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives. Identify market opportunities and support promotional campaigns. Ensure accurate sales documentation and timely reporting.\nRequirements Previous experience in telecommunications sales or a related industry. Proven experience leading or supervising a sales team. Strong track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate team members and work under pressure.
