This role will work closely with Hardware, Software, Systems Architecture, and Product teams to validate the seamless interaction of integrated components. The ideal candidate will bring strong system integration testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to help deliver reliable, high-quality products and solutions.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement system integration test plans and strategies for complex hardware and software systems along with 3rd party applications and hardware\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements, design specifications, and hardware architecture\nDesign and execute test cases to verify the integration of hardware and/or software components\nExecute field testing in a variety of locations and environments\nIdentify and analyze defects, track them to closure, and assist with root cause analysis\nCollaborate with developers to identify, isolate, and reproduce issues, and ensure timely resolution\nContribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies, tools, and processes\nContribute and assist with manual testing on various software applications\nContribute and assist with HW testing as needed in the office\nStay updated with industry trends and best practices in system integration testing and quality assurance\nMust be willing to travel \nRequired Experience:\n3 years of experience in system integration testing or a similar role\nStrong knowledge of hardware and software testing methodologies, tools, and processes\nExperience with radio and antenna communication technology\nProficiency in designing and executing system integration test plans and test cases\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision\nPreferred Experience:\nPreference for working in the innovative, fast-paced environment of a startup company\nExperience with ATAK\nExperience with bluetooth technology\nExperienced with testing mobile applications \nAn affinity for people who like telling jokes, sharing funny links, do cool stuff outside work, and try to be creative about team building (e.g. survival skills training, murder mystery dinner theater, shuffleboard tournament, Mafia/Werewolf)\nFamiliarity with hardware such as Arduino and/or Raspberry Pi\nLove for goTenna and our mission to build a distributed communication network from the ground-up! \nCLEARANCE ELIGIBILITY - This position may require eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
