Everyone is highly valued and plays a vital role in the growth of our organization.\nPosition Summary\nThe Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of battery products. This role supervises production employees, drives operational performance, maintains quality standards, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.\nMonitor daily production activities to ensure schedules and targets are met.\nPromote compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.\nAddress production issues and coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to minimize downtime.\nTrack and communicate key performance metrics, including safety, quality, output, and attendance.\nConduct employee training, coaching, performance management, and corrective actions as needed.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.\nQualifications\nAssociate degree or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.\nPrevious leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with production metrics, workforce management, and continuous improvement.\nBattery, automotive, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing experience preferred.\nPreferred Skills\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and root cause problem-solving.\nExperience in lithium-ion battery manufacturing or highly automated production environments.\nFamiliarity with quality management systems and production reporting tools.\nBase pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion.
