Everyone is highly valued and plays a vital role in the growth of our organization.\nRole Summary:\nThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, automated systems, robotic cells, forklifts, facility systems, and associated electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components. This position supports safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.\nThe ideal candidate possesses strong mechanical aptitude, industrial electrical troubleshooting skills, and experience working with automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.\nResponsibilities (includes but not limited to):\nTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment and facility assets.\nDiagnose and repair industrial electrical systems, including motors, controls, sensors, VFDs, and 480V three-phase equipment.\nPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.\nMaintain and support robotic cells, automated machinery, conveyors, forklifts, and material handling equipment.\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams to identify and resolve equipment issues.\nHandling and dismantling battery packs and modules\nInstall, modify, and upgrade machinery, equipment, and plant systems as required to support operational goals.\nFollow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, and electrical safety standards while maintaining accurate maintenance records.\nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nExtensive experience in industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.\nExperience working with 120V, 240V, and 480V industrial electrical systems.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.\nExperience using diagnostic equipment including multimeters, clamp meters, and test instruments.\nProficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices.\nAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.\nDesired Qualifications:\nTechnical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or related field.\nPLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).\nExperience with industrial robots (FANUC, ABB, Yaskawa, KUKA, etc.).\nForklift maintenance experience.\nWelding and fabrication experience.\nKnowledge of CMMS systems.\nOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.\nCertified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) or similar credential.\nPhysical Requirements\nFrequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in industrial environments.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally with assistance.\nAbility to work from ladders, lifts, platforms, and elevated heights.\nAbility to work in varying temperatures, noise levels, and production conditions.\nAbility to distinguish wire colors and perform detailed troubleshooting activities.\n\nAdditional Information: \nThis is a 1st shift position. 1st shift is Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm.\nBlank applications (no resume attached) will not be considered.\nThis position does not offer relocation assistance.
