The Production Associate will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the production line by ensuring high standards of process stability, quality, and efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment.\nJob Responsibilities\nAssemble battery packs and related components with precision and attention to detail.\nPerform quality inspections and spot checks to maintain our high standards.\nOperate and maintain equipment, including regular cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance.\nContribute to a clean and organized workspace according to 5S principles.\nUtilize tightness testing equipment to ensure product integrity.\nAdhere to safety protocols, including proper handling of materials and waste disposal.\nFollow material safety data sheets (MSDS) and emergency response procedures.\nJob Requirements\nEducation: High School Diploma or GED.\n Skills:\nBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality standards.\nAbility to follow instructions and safety procedures.\nBasic computer skills for using manufacturing software (if applicable).\nDesired Qualifications (nice to have):\nAt least 1 year of manufacturing experience. Experience in related industries may also be considered.\nAbility to read blueprints\nForklift certification is a plus\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand for extended periods of time.\nAbility to reach, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to meet specific visual acuity requirements (near/far vision, depth perception, color vision).\nAble to wear composite work boots.\nAdditional Information\nThis is a 2nd shift position. 2nd shift is Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm.\n2nd shift will receive an additional $1.00 per hour night shift premium.\nBlank applications (no resume attached) will not be considered.\nThis position is not offering relocation assistance.
