This role will assist with manufacturing process optimization, production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities within a high-volume battery manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a recent engineering graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn and build hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing.\nResponsibilities\nSupport daily production and manufacturing operations.\nAssist with process troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.\nCollect and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.\nSupport equipment installation, testing, and production ramp-up activities.\nCreate and maintain process documentation and work instructions.\nParticipate in continuous improvement projects related to quality, yield, and productivity.\nWork closely with Production, Quality, and Equipment Engineering teams.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.\n0-2 years of engineering experience (internships, co-ops, and academic projects acceptable).\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment and support production operations.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in lithium-ion battery, automotive, advanced manufacturing, or related industries.\nUnderstanding of battery pack and module manufacturing processes.\nExperience with automated assembly equipment and production systems.\nLean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.\nExperience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth manufacturing environment.\nPreferred Experience\nInternship or project experience in manufacturing.\nExposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement.\nFamiliarity with battery, automotive, automation, or high-volume manufacturing processes.\nExperience using Excel and analyzing data.\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000.00 -$80,000.00, + 15% bonus + benefits.
