You’ll gain hands-on exposure to capital market strategy, valuation, M&A, deal structuring, strategic partnerships, and portfolio management.\nBeyond financial analysis, you’ll work closely with different teams and stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, develop strategic recommendations, and support some of GoTo’s most important corporate development decisions.\nWhat Will You Do\nProvide financial and strategic analysis related to the company’s funding and capital markets strategy, M&A, portfolio management and strategic partnerships\n\nDevelop financial models and valuation analyses that help guide the decision making process\n\nConduct industry and market research related to trends, risks, opportunities and competitive landscape\n\nParticipate in deals end-to-end, including strategy development, deal negotiation & structuring, due diligence and coordinating with finance, legal, tax and other departments to ensure seamless deal execution\n\nCreate investment memorandums and related presentations for senior management, board and shareholders\n\nPrepare regular and ad-hoc investor and management reporting\n\nWhat Will You Need\nAt least 2 years of work experience in private equity, corporate development, Big 4 advisory, investment banking, management consulting and/or related experience\n\nGood grasp of accounting, finance, and legal/tax considerations in M&A and corporate finance\n\nSolid analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with high level of attention to details\n\nWorks well under pressure to achieve tight timelines while producing high quality outputs\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask\n\nAbility to manage confidential and highly sensitive information with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism\n\nStrong communications and collaboration skills.
