Manage all maintenance tickets and requests to ensure effective and cost-efficient resolution within agreed SLAs.\nUser & Stakeholder Coordination: Engage directly with office teams to understand facility complaints, communicate resolution timelines, and minimize disruption to daily operations.\nCost & Resource Efficiency: Evaluate repair requests to recommend and execute the most cost-effective solution without compromising safety or quality.\nVendor & Supply Management: Coordinate with external contractors or building management for specialized repairs and assist in inventory tracking for maintenance of spare parts and tools.\n Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance and repair activities strictly adhere to workplace health and safety (WHS) standards and electrical safety practices.\nWhat you will need\nTechnical Experience: 2-4 years of practical, hands-on experience in office facility maintenance, building services, or technician roles.\n\nCore Technical Skills: Proven working knowledge and practical troubleshooting skills in plumbing, AC Split systems, refrigerant piping, basic electrical circuitry, and MCB distribution boards.\n\nGeneral Handyman Proficiency: Skilled in executing simple carpentry, plumbing, lighting, and general office hardware repairs independently.\n\nDiagnostic & Practical Thinking: Strong capability to analyze physical
