Contract Management: Lead vendor negotiation, performance management, strategic renewals, and cost optimization for airlines, hotels, travel agents, insurance brokers, and mobility partners, and must coordinate closely with procurement and FBP\nBudget & Financial Oversight: Direct annual mobility budget planning, variance reporting, spend analysis, and bi-weekly/monthly invoice reconciliations\nOperational Escalations: Serve as the senior escalation point for complex business travel, visa/immigration requirements, and international travel insurance claims\n Systems & Workflow Automation: Drive system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and automation across key mobility tools (e.g., Helios, Trip.Biz, Lark, and Coupa)\n Program Supervision: Guide and oversee specialized employee programs, including corporate childcare initiatives, parent talks, and vendor tenders.\nWhat You Will Need\nMobility & Travel Experience: 5+ years of experience leading corporate mobility, business travel management, or global travel operations across multi-country regions\nVendor & Contract Negotiation: Proven track record in RFP management, contract negotiation, SLA monitoring, and vendor relationship management with airlines, hotels, and TMCs\nImmigration & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of regional business visa regulations, work permit embassy processes, and international travel insurance models\nFinancial Acumen: Demonstrated experience managing corporate budgets, spend analytics, and invoice reconciliation processes\nSystems & Process Optimization: Hands-on experience working with travel management platforms, enterprise ERP/ticketing systems, and workflow automation tools\nStakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills
