As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work across the stack to build and maintain performant, scalable systems that power a key area of our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with other like minded engineers and product managers to deliver features that are technically robust and deeply user-focused. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion and is motivated by the impact great software can have on the user journey.\nThis posting is for a new position (newly created role).\nMinimum Requirements\n3+ years of experience working across both the back and front end of SaaS (Software as a Service) products.\n\nExperience with Javascript and its common frameworks such as React.\n\nExperience designing and executing both unit and integration tests, with tools such as pytest, jest, react testing framework, etc.\n\nExperience working with large data sets.\n\nExperience monitoring application performance, debugging, and reviewing logs.\n\nFamiliarity working with Continuous Integrations and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).\n\nFamiliarity working with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and/or AWS.\n\nTrack record of successful collaboration with other engineering and product teams.\n\nPreferred Experience\nBA in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or similarly relevant degree and/or experience in the AdTech industry.\n\nProficiency with Python and Django (DRF and classic).\n\nProficiency with Typescript, React and Redux.\n\nRole Responsibilities\nWrite maintainable, performant code to build reliable features that drive product value and user satisfaction.\n\nMaintain strong test coverage to uphold high code quality and ensure a stable, trustworthy product experience.\n\nContribute to architectural discussions and feature solutioning to ensure scalable and effective product design decisions.\n\nDocument new and existing features clearly and effectively to support team alignment and aid in future development.\n\nCollaborate closely with engineering, UX, and product teams to deliver cohesive, user-focused solutions that meet business goals.\n\nOwning features from technical design through production deployment and post-release support.\n\nTaking responsibility for the reliability and correctness of the code you ship.\n\nAbout Vantage\nVantage is the first unified platform purpose-built for retail media orchestration, empowering enterprise retailers to seamlessly activate onsite, offsite, and in-store advertising.
